Shipping Policy

In-Store Pickup:

Pick up your order at our store in either Dabouq/ King Abdullah II Street or Tabarbour/ Martyr Street, Amman. Our stores are open daily from 8:00am to 12:00pm. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Process:

Your orders will be delivered according to the date and time period you specify. To ensure the quality of your items, it is essential that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. We may contact the recipient to verify their availability and address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or doorsteps.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided. The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery to an alternative address. Your co-operation is appreciated to ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.

Order Deadline:

To ensure same day delivery or collection, please place your orders by 9:00pm. Note that downtime can be adjusted during peak seasons, and the current downtime is prominently displayed on the home screen.

In unforeseen circumstances, there may be instances where we are unable to deliver within the specified time period. In such cases, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay and coordinate the earliest available time, your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Al-Bandar Sweets and Food Complex / Habibah Sweets proudly offers worldwide shipping, delivering authentic Arabian delights straight from our kitchens to your doorstep,wherever you are.

Shipping Coverage

We ship globally, including to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Gulf. Shipping availability and rates will appear during checkout. For specific locations or requests, please contact us directly.

Packaging & Product Protection

All orders are securely packed to maintain product freshness and quality. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with insulation. Each shipment includes tracking through trusted international courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery for all destinations is 4–10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional handling fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Al-Bandar and Habibah Sweets are not liable for customs-related delays or charges.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address.
  • A recipient must be available to receive the delivery.
  • Perishable items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
